Women’s 100 Serbia 2024
Srpski | Русский
Since 2013, the Rapha Women’s 100 ride has been held worldwide. It’s not just about cycling 100 kilometers — it’s about unity, support, and the joy of cycling.
It doesn’t matter if this is your first hundred kilometers or far from your first, this day is for every woman who wants to challenge herself and experience the unique spirit of a women’s ride. This isn’t just empty words — women’s rides always have a very special atmosphere ❤️
For BicikLadies, this will be our third Women’s 100 — in 2022, there were only three of us, but in 2023 there were already eighteen!
Timing
September 8, 2024, Sunday
🕘 10:00 — Gathering at Ciklo Bar on Milentija Popovića 20. This is a friendly bar, opened by Jovana, one of our cyclists! On this day, there will be a special discount on the entire menu for us 🤝 We drink coffee, get to know each other, chat, and put on some glitter ✨
🕤 10:30 — Briefing. We’ll talk about the route, where and when we’ll stop, how we behave on the road, etc.
🕙 11:00 — Start!
❗IMPORTANT❗ We start exactly at 11. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start. There will be a lot of us, and it’s important that everyone listens to the briefing and knows the route.
Route
The route is flat — a couple of times we’ll need to go over a bridge, but the gradient is entirely manageable. Every rider will be able to handle it!
No one, I repeat, NO ONE will be dropped. We ride together and we ride at the pace of the slowest rider. Being the slowest is not a bad thing and nothing to be ashamed of — we all started somewhere, and the girls will definitely help and guide you.
First, we’ll warm up in Ušće Park, then ride through Zemun and leave the city via the Pupin Bridge. There might be moderate traffic here, but we’ll manage.
The next stop is Pančevo. We’ll drink coffee and rest at the Treći Prostor café. After that, we’ll make a big loop through cozy Serbian villages and return to the city.
The finish point is a dinner from hot&hungry community in Ciklo Bar which will be closed just for us ❤️
What do you need to join the ride?
Helmet. A helmet is mandatory, and you cannot participate without it—we won’t let you join the ride. Yes, we’re that strict because we prioritize road safety.
A bike. We recommend a road or gravel bike, as it will be the most comfortable. However, we will be happy to see you on any bike you feel ready to complete the distance on.
We’re playing for real! What will be available during the ride?
Support Vehicle
A reliable driver will protect us from careless drivers on the road ❤️
Food and Drinks
We’ll always have water, bananas, and energy bars with us!
Photographer
We will have many beautiful photos from the ride thanks to Nastya!
A bike mechanic will accompany us throughout the ride — if there’s a flat tire or any breakdown, they will help much faster than anyone else, so we can continue the ride. You can also leave your belongings in the car, so you can ride light!
We will have a tail rider — a rider who will always stay at the back to ensure no one gets left behind. If you’re tired or injured (we hope not!), you can hop into the car at any time — there will be enough space for several bikes.
Participation Conditions
To cover the costs of fuel and food, we ask you to contribute any amount you feel comfortable with. This can be done in euros, rubles, or USDT (Tron network).
